About the Role
Supporting one of the Directors, you’ll manage documentation and workflow through certification processes, ensuring deadlines and compliance are met. This role is detail-heavy and requires strong technical skills to keep complex projects on track.

Your day will include:
  • Daily check-ins with your Director to prioritise workflow before running your day independently
  • Lodging and managing applications with precision
  • Tracking timelines and monitoring milestones across multiple projects
  • Acting as a professional point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Preparing, formatting, and following up documents, reports, and certificates
  • Coordinating with councils, engineers, architects, and external stakeholders
  • Working alongside supportive administrative colleagues to ensure nothing is missed
  • Providing general admin support across the team
About You  You are a  tech-savvy, detail-driven administrator  who thrives under pressure and takes pride in accuracy.
You’ll bring:
  • Strong administration experience (ideally in property, planning, real estate, construction, or local government)
  • Advanced MS Office skills  – particularly in Word and Excel (formatting, tracking, data handling)
  • High attention to detail  with proven ability to manage large volumes of documentation without error
  • Confidence working with online portals, workflow systems, and digital tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work at pace while maintaining quality
  • Knowledge of the  NSW Planning Portal  is a huge plus
  • Availability to work onsite full-time in Surry Hills
