Known for creativity, quality, and innovation, this business supplies thousands of retailers and online partners worldwide, they’re looking for an Amazon Analyst to help accelerate marketplace growth.
Reporting directly to the founder, this is a pivotal role where your insights will shape strategy and drive performance across Amazon and other key marketplaces.
About the Role
- Analyse sales trends, advertising metrics, and customer behaviour to uncover growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Build forecasting models, conduct cohort analysis, and interpret marketplace data to inform strategic planning.
- Create and maintain automated dashboards and KPI frameworks using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau.
- Monitor and optimise Amazon Advertising campaigns (ROAS, ACOS, TACOS) to maximise ROI.
- Evaluate pricing strategies and promotional effectiveness to boost revenue and profitability.
- Forecast demand, manage stock levels, and reduce stockouts or overstock issues.
- Identify underperforming listings and recommend improvements to enhance visibility and conversion.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure data drives decision-making across the business.
- Develop tools and processes to streamline marketplace management.
About You
- You’re commercially minded, who thrives on turning complex data into actionable insights.
- You have a strong grasp of Amazon performance metrics and enjoy influencing decisions through data.
- Previous strong experience in Amazon/marketplace analytics or e-commerce analytics role
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; Helium 10, QL, Power BI, Tableau or Python experience highly regarded
- Proven ability to analyse Amazon Advertising campaigns and marketplace performance
- Confident presenting insights to senior stakeholders
