About the Role
Reporting to the VP for Europe, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding market share and achieving sales targets. Your focus will be on acquiring new customers while nurturing existing relationships to ensure retention and continued growth. Target clients include residential builders, interior designers, architects, home technology integrators, and electrical contractors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the full sales cycle, leveraging internal resources for solution development and implementation
- Conducting approximately 16 face-to-face client meetings per week
- Presenting a compelling value proposition to influence decision-makers
- Networking through trade associations and industry events
- Managing existing accounts to drive loyalty and growth
- Utilising CRM tools to maintain a priority-based schedule
- Developing in-depth knowledge of product offerings and service solutions
- Analysing data to inform strategic decisions
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- Solid experience in custom home building products, interior design, luxury furnishings, or lighting
- A proven ability to achieve sales goals and cultivate relationships
- Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills
- A proactive, independent approach with a passion for design and construction markets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to adapt to complex distribution channels and build credibility quickly
