About the Role
As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth in non-showroom markets. This is a fully virtual, inside sales position where you’ll connect with interior designers and industry professionals via phone, email, video conferencing, and social media. Your focus will be on building relationships, educating clients, and converting leads into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact potential clients from existing and target lists to build rapport and schedule virtual meetings
- Execute a structured warm and cold calling strategy across a portfolio of 400+ accounts
- Deliver engaging virtual presentations and showcase the company’s value proposition
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Manage your pipeline and follow-up activity using CRM tools
- Drive the sales process from initial contact through to conversion
- Perform additional tasks as required
- Fluent in French(essential); German highly regarded
- Background in interior design, building products, or home furnishings
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously

- Salary £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
