The Role
- Sales of new machinery and spare parts
- Identifying opportunities to upgrade or replace existing customer equipment
- Assisting distributors and contractors with technical troubleshooting
- Coordinating and managing contracted maintenance personnel where required
- Delivering and commissioning new machinery
- Training operators on correct use of equipment and ensuring safe work practices
- Managing allocated assets including tools, spare parts, and computer equipment
- Completing accurate service reports and documentation
We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional with:
- A hands-on mechanical mindset and strong problem-solving ability
- Experience in automotive workshops, tyre service, or mechanical equipment servicing
- Exposure to mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems (highly regarded)
- The ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule
- Confidence working with customers, distributors, and contractors
- Solid computer skills and accurate report writing capability
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- A genuine passion for the automotive/industrial industry
- A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel
- Competitive salary of $90k - $100k + super + commission
- $15k car allowance + tolls and tools of trade
