Conveyancing Paralegal

Location: Bracknell
Duration: FTC 9-12 months ( possibility to extend )
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Office-based)

The Role
The company are an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Paralegal to join the thriving Conveyancing Department. You will work closely with an experienced fee earner, supporting a busy residential conveyancing caseload. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their experience in property law within a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Assisting the fee earner with managing residential property transactions from instruction to post-completion.
• Drafting and preparing legal documents including contracts, transfer deeds, and Land Registry forms.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progress of transactions.
• Conducting property searches and reviewing results.
• Managing administrative tasks such as file opening and updating case management systems.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.

Requirements
• Previous experience, in conveyancing or property law environment (either as a paralegal or legal assistant).
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Proactive and professional attitude with great attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in an office-based role.
