Corporate Tax Partner

Are you an experienced senior corporate tax specialist ready to take the next step into a leadership role? This opportunity offers the chance to shape and develop a growing corporate tax function, working with an established portfolio covering complex corporate tax matters including restructuring, transactions, international tax and advisory projects. You will play a central role in client strategy, service delivery and team development, bringing technical strength, commercial awareness and a collaborative approach to leadership. The position suits someone who enjoys both technical delivery and wider practice growth, working closely with senior stakeholders to expand the firm’s presence in the corporate tax market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee a varied portfolio of complex corporate tax clients across compliance and advisory.
Develop trusted client relationships, identifying opportunities for strategic tax advice and new business.
Mentor and guide senior team members, playing an active role in the growth and direction of the tax department.
Work collaboratively across service lines to deliver integrated tax solutions.
Support firmwide initiatives, market engagement and long-term commercial planning.

Candidate Profile

Extensive senior-level experience in corporate tax, ideally at Director level or above.
Strong track record delivering complex advisory projects (reorganisations, M&A, international tax).
Commercially confident with proven ability to develop and retain client relationships.
Demonstrated leadership capability with experience supporting or managing teams.
Professional qualification (CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) preferred.
