Customer Service Representative

This well-established organisation is looking for a customer care representative to join their team on 12 month assignment, with the potential to extend based on performance. This company has a lot of room for growth and development, which is a good opportunity if you are looking for the next step in your career.

• Resolve up to 100 in-bound calls in a professional and efficient manner
• Provide clear communication and assistance to customers to ensure all queries are resolved quickly
• Complete general office administration tasks
• Enter information of all in-bound calls into a system.

To be successful for this role
• Previous experience in the security sector
• Experience in a high-volume call centre
• Ability to work efficiently and well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• ASAP start

What’s in it for you.

• You will be required to work on a rotating roster, including weekend work
• Flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week
