Looking to step into a genuinely influential finance role with a global consumer goods brand? This international FMCG organisation is expanding rapidly across the APAC region and is now searching for a Finance Operations Analyst / Finance Business Partner who can drive smarter decision-making across manufacturing, supply chain and commercial teams.
This is a high-visibility role where your analysis, product costing expertise and commercial insights will directly impact pricing, profitability and operational efficiency across multiple APAC markets.
Your Impact In this varied and commercially focused role, you will:
- Manage APAC-wide product costings, standard costing updates and inventory valuation.
- Analyse raw material, labour and overhead costs, ensuring data integrity across all product lines.
- Provide accurate and timely NPD and EPD costings to support product launches.
- Complete weekly variance analysis and highlight opportunities to streamline manufacturing and supply chain performance.
- Partner closely with procurement, supply chain, operations and commercial teams to support business decisions.
- Deliver detailed margin reviews, identifying drivers behind performance shifts and recommending improvements.
- Maintain and enhance ERP-based cost models(Microsoft Dynamics BC experience beneficial).
- Support month-end, year-end and forecast cycles with cost-focused commentary and reporting.
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying cost-saving ideas and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar (CPA/CMA/MBA advantageous).
- 3–5+ years in cost accounting, management accounting or operational finance in FMCG, food, or manufacturing.
- Strong grasp of cost accounting standards, inventory processes and ERP systems.
- Highly proficient Excel and strong financial modelling ability.
- Excellent communicator who can partner across technical and non-technical teams.
- Comfortable working to deadlines and juggling competing priorities.
- Continuous improvement mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Work with a global FMCG business experiencing significant growth across APAC.
