About the Role
You will take ownership of graphic design projects and ensure brand integrity across print, digital, and event channels. This role demands advanced design capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and strong collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design Expertise
- Lead the creation of high-quality visual assets for print and digital platforms.
- Design brochures, business cards, forms, presentations, and event collateral with precision.
- Develop engaging digital content including social media graphics, ads, landing pages, and email newsletters.
- Produce multimedia content such as infographics, animations, and short videos.
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all communications.
- Support brand refresh initiatives and contribute to long-term brand strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns.
- Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting and analysis.
- Design branded materials for webinars, conferences, and corporate events.
- Support pre-event promotion and on-site branding.
- Manage company social profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X).
- Create and schedule content, monitor performance, and optimise engagement.
- Liaise with printers, designers, and creative agencies to ensure quality and brand alignment.
- Work with internal teams to gather feedback and continuously improve visual communications.
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing print and digital work.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign (plus Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Familiarity with Monday.com for project and workflow management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
