The Role
Reporting to the IT Specialist, you will;
- Provide onsite technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
- Respond to support requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software.
For this position, you will have;
- Full Australian working rights.
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in IT.
- Local experience working in an IT Helpdesk role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
