You will provide direct support to the Director of the firm, assisting across a mix of litigation and commercial work. This role suits someone confident managing files independently, comfortable working one-on-one with a senior lawyer, and looking for flexibility in their week.
Once trained, you will have the option to work from home most of the time, while still being part of a small, supportive team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Drafting and preparing court documents, affidavits, and correspondence
- Managing discovery and hearing preparation
- Liaising directly with clients, counsel, and external stakeholders
- Assisting with commercial document drafting and file management
- Overseeing key deadlines, billing, and file organisation
- Previous experience as a Paralegal in litigation (commercial or general disputes)
- High attention to detail and strong drafting skills
- Confident communicating with senior stakeholders
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable working autonomously
- Strong technical and document management skills
- Directly support a highly regarded Director
- Work from home once trained
