We are seeking an experienced Property Paralegal to join a well-established legal practice on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and provide essential support during a busy period, with the potential for the role to transition into a permanent position.
The Role:
In this position, you will provide paralegal support across a variety of property and commercial matters, including:
- Assisting with real property and leasing transactions
- Preparing and reviewing legal documentation
- Managing files from matter inception through to completion
- Liaising with clients, agents and external stakeholders
- General paralegal and administrative support to senior lawyers
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, ideally within property or conveyancing in WA
- Salary around 80k + super, depending on experience
