About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Product Manager - Air Solutions
to join our team. This role is key in the end to end management of the Air Solutions product portfolio. You will manage the full go-to-market strategy covering pricing, distribution, promotion and product mix, driving category growth and profitability. Working closely with the Head of Product and sales teams, you will shape portfolio strategy, forecast revenue, optimise supply chain performance and deliver marketing programmes that enhance market share. This role requires strong analytical, commercial and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt strategy in a fast-moving environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the Air Solutions product portfolio across various channels.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including pricing, distribution, promotion and product mix.
- Achieve category targets through performance analysis and strategic adjustments.
- Collaborate with the Head of Product and sales teams to define and deliver portfolio strategy.
- Support with channel planning, revenue forecasting and profit management.
- Maintain and update price lists, analyse pricing moves and ensure price protection.
- Oversee supply chain efficiency and minimise aged or obsolete stock.
- Lead marketing initiatives with the marketing team to grow revenue, profitability and market share.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends, adapting plans as needed.
- 2-3 years of Product Manager/Category Manager experience, or similar.
- Fundamental understanding of Supply Chain Management processes, with direct exposure or experience prefered.
- Proven ability to achieve budgeted targets, revenue targets and specific product sales targets.
- Experience in building and maintaining internal and external senior stakeholder relationships.
- Consultative and influential communication style with the ability to present technical concepts and products.
