Senior Accounts Officer

A dynamic and forward-thinking education and training organisation committed to empowering individuals and businesses through learning require the immediate assistance of an experienced Senior Accounts Officer (with Payroll experience) to join their Finance team on an initial 3 month assignment with a view to a permanent role. Currently experiencing exponential growth through diversification and acquisition, they deliver high- quality training programs that equip learners with the skills, confidence and industry knowledge to succeed in their chosen career paths.

The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include,

Full function Accounts Payable
Full function Accounts Receivable
Bank, Credit card and Supplier reconciliations
Payroll processing (Fortnightly for 90 employees, multiple entities)
Streamlining of processes

About You
The successful applicant ill have/be,

Experienced in end to end payroll processing
Experienced in Full function Payables and Receivables
Well developed reconciliation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experienced in XERO and MYOB and intermediate Excel
Proven process improvement and streamlining capabilities
