Senior Policy Analyst

This role sits within a central government policy group focused on improving outcomes for disabled people and their whānau. The Senior Policy Analyst will lead complex policy work, develop advice for Ministers and senior leaders, and contribute to the design of systems that enable equity, access, and participation for all. The position requires strong analytical and writing capability, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work across agencies and communities to translate policy intent into practical solutions.
