Some of your general responsibilities may include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Answering inbound or making outbound phone calls
- Managing queries
- Coordinating meeting rooms
- Diary and inbox management
- Processing payments or documentation through a system
- Logging calls/tickets in a system
- Data entry
- Administration support
- Document production
- Coordinate and manage records and databases

Beneficial skills and expertise would be:
- Previous experience within a call centre or office environment
- Developed communication skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to new environments
- Excellent phone manner and professionally presented
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent administrative skills and well versed in systems
